Nina Daisy Aberlein

Born in London, UK, in 1997, Nina is an Italian-Canadian artist based in northern Italy. She has been drawing for as long as she can remember, and started making comics in 2015. She attended the Comics School in Brescia, and has a vast range of experience with different styles in both comic art, painting, and illustration.

Better known for her comics Sunrise Blossom and The Lusty Dragon Mistress, she is well-practiced in all steps of comic creation: writing, storyboarding, character design, background design, sketching, inking, colouring, lettering, formatting, marketing, etc.

The medium she works in the most is digital (in particular with Clip Studio Paint and Procreate), but she is also skilled in traditional graphite pencil design, ink, and watercolour. Over the years she has mastered many styles, from realism, to Japanese anime/manga, to western cartoon.
